For over 25 years, I guided organisations as a C-Suite executive, including time as a COO and managing partner. I thought I knew exactly what business success looked like. But I learned the hard way that without your physical wellbeing, nothing else works. I was born with a slight spinal deformity and a rare incurable kidney disease. I beat the disease naturally after being on medication for over 20 years. I then went on to deal with 2 bouts of serious breast cancer and stage 4 cancer: Hodgkin's Lymphoma in under 4 months. I realised that the way we behave under pressure directly impacts our biology. Poor behaviour patterns create stress, and stress breaks down the body. After using natural nutrition, mindset, and behavioural changes to rebuild my own life, I knew I had to share this vital connection with the world, and retrain as a Nutritionist and Biohacker - a far cry from running professional services firms and being a business turnaround consultant.
